Symposium Dinner
Celebrate the conclusion of the Symposium with our closing-night dinner at the iconic Hemingway’s Brewery on the Cairns Wharf, overlooking Trinity Inlet. On this Friday night finale, delegates come together one last time to unwind, share a few laughs, and raise a glass to a great week of science, collaboration, and connection.

Enjoy a relaxed shared dining experience showcasing local produce, perfectly paired with Hemingway’s signature craft beers, as the sun sets over the waterfront. With its lively atmosphere and tropical backdrop, Hemingway’s is the ideal place to keep conversations flowing, strengthen new connections, and farewell colleagues before the Symposium wraps up.
