POSTER PRESENTERS
All presenters must register and pay prior to their arrival at the Symposium.
Please check the Program to confirm your session time. Half of the posters (odd numbers) will be presented at the Monday evening poster networking event. The other half (even numbers) will be presented at the Thursday evening poster networking event. Presenters are required to accompany their poster at the corresponding networking event as per the Program.
Please provide your slides to the AV/IT specialists at your earliest convenience. 
The team will be available to receive your slides from 7.30am Monday 18 May.

Guidelines for ​all presenters
The 13th International Symposium on Reproductive Physiology of Fish 2026 Local Organising Committee welcomes your contribution to the Symposium. Please take the time to read these guidelines ahead of time.

The official Symposium language is English. All oral presentations and posters must be delivered in English.
The title should be the same as indicated in the original abstract. If you need to make minor edits to your abstract title, please email [email protected].

Scientific oral presentation: 20 minutes, which includes 15 minutes for your talk and 5 minutes for questions.

Invited State Of The Art Lecture oral presentation: 30 minutes, which includes 25 minutes for your talk and 5 minutes for questions.​

Plenary Lecture oral presentation: 60 minutes, ​which includes 55 minutes for your talk and 5 minutes for questions.​
​Presentations must be completed in Microsoft PowerPoint. Should your presentation be a Keynote slideshow (Mac) it is imperative that you convert the file to a PowerPoint file.
The projector screens at the venue will be in 16:9 format.
If your presentation is 4:3, black edges will show on either side of the projection. To avoid this, please convert your presentation to 'Widescreen 16:9'.
We encourage you to use universal standard fonts in your presentation. Unsupported fonts can affect how your presentation is displayed in the room and may be harder for attendees to read.
 
The recommended fonts are Arial or Times New Roman. 
All videos and images should be embedded into your presentation.
The following audio visual equipment will be available:
  • Projection screen and data projector
  • One presentation computer with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Reader.
  • Microphone attached to the lectern.
  • Roving microphones for audience questions.
